Put inhaler in the mouth
Put the mouthpiece in your mouth

Breathe in deeply
Breathe in quickly and deeply (frrr)

Hold breath
Hold your breath for 10 seconds

Exhale
Exhale slowly

Close the inhaler
Screw the cover back to close the inhaler
