Instructions — 7 steps

1 Unscrew the cover

Unscrew the cover

2 Breathe out

Breathe out fully away from the inhaler

3 Put inhaler in the mouth

Put the mouthpiece in your mouth

4 Breathe in deeply

Breathe in quickly and deeply (frrr)

5 Hold breath

Hold your breath for 10 seconds

6 Exhale

Exhale slowly

7 Close the inhaler

Screw the cover back to close the inhaler
