Instructions — 10 steps

1 Remove the cover

Remove the mouthpiece cover

2 Shake

Shake the inhaler 4-5 times

3 Insert inhaler

Insert the inhaler into the chamber

4 Mouthpiece into mouth

Put the mouthpiece into your mouth

5 Effective seal

Ensure an effective seal between your lips and the mouthpiece

6 Breathe out

Breathe out gently

7 Press inhaler

Press firmly on the top of the canister

8 Start breathing in

At the beginning of a slow inhalation

9 Breathe

Breathe in and out slowly 5-10 times

10 Replace the cover

Always replace the mouthpiece cover
