Instructions — 9 steps

1 Unscrew the cover

Unscrew the cover

2 Turn the red grip

Turn the red grip as far as it will go in one direction

3 Turn the red grip back

Now turn the red grip back in the other direction until you hear a click

4 Breathe out

Breathe out fully away from the inhaler

5 Put inhaler in the mouth

Put the mouthpiece in your mouth

6 Breathe in deeply

Breathe in quickly and deeply

7 Hold breath

Hold your breath for a few seconds

8 Exhale

Exhale slowly

9 Close the inhaler

Screw the cover back to close the inhaler
