Instructions — 7 steps

1 Remove the cover

Remove the mouthpiece cover until you hear a click

2 Breathe out

Breathe out as far as comfortable

3 Inhaler in mouth

Place the mouthpiece in your mouth

4 Breathe in deeply

Breathe in hard and deeply

5 Hold breath

Hold your breath for 10 seconds

6 Breathe out gently

Breathe out slowly

7 Replace the cover

Always replace the mouthpiece cover
