Instructions — 8 steps

1 Remove the cover

Unscrew and remove the mouthpiece cover

2 Press the inhaler

Press the top of the inhaler

3 Breathe out

Breathe out as far as comfortable

4 Inhaler in mouth

Place the mouthpiece in your mouth

5 Breathe in deeply

Breathe in strongly and deeply

6 Hold breath

Hold your breath for a few seconds

7 Breathe out gently

Breathe out slowly

8 Replace the cover

Always replace the mouthpiece cover
