3 Close the mouthpiece

Close the mouthpiece lever until you hear a click

4 Breathe out

Breathe out fully

5 Put inhaler in the mouth

Put the mouthpiece in your mouth

6 Breathe in deeply

Breathe in quickly and deeply

7 Hold breath

Hold your breath for 5 to 10 seconds

8 Exhale

Exhale slowly

9 Replace the cover
