Instructions — 10 steps

1 Remove the cover

Remove the mouthpiece cover

2 Shake

Shake the inhaler 4-5 times

3 Press the inhaler

Press firmly on the top of the inhaler

4 Release the inhaler

Release the top of the inhaler

5 Breathe out

Breathe out as far as comfortable

6 Inhaler in mouth

Place the mouthpiece in your mouth

7 Breathe in deeply

Breathe in fast and deeply

8 Hold breath

Hold your breath for at least 5 seconds

9 Breathe out gently

Breathe out slowly

10 Replace the cover

Always replace the mouthpiece cover
