Instructions — 8 steps

3 Breathe out
Breathe out fully
4 Put inhaler in the mouth

5 Breathe in
Breathe in quickly and deeply (frrr)
6 Hold breath
Hold breath for 10 seconds
7 Exhale
Exhale slowly
8 Close the inhaler
