Instructions — 16 steps

1 Remove the cover

Remove the mouthpiece cover

2 Open the inhaler

Twist to open inhaler

3 Get a capsule

Separate and peel one capsule blister

4 Place the capsule

Place capsule in the capsule-chamber

5 Close the inhaler

Twist to close inhaler

6 Pierce the capsule

Pierce the capsule by pressing the side buttons

7 Release the buttons

Release the side buttons to expose the capsule contents

8 Breathe out

Breathe out fully

9 Put inhaler in the mouth

Put the inhaler's mouthpiece in the mouth

10 Breathe in

Breathe in quickly and deeply (frrr)

11 Hold breath

Hold breath as long as you can

12 Exhale

Exhale slowly

13 No capsule sound or any powder left?

Didn't ear any vibration from the capsule or is there any powder left in the capsule?

15 Remove capsule

After finishing remove the capsule

16 Close the inhaler

Close the inhaler and replace the cover
